Some suggestions on how to use our Flavoured vinegars below:
Quick & Easy Reduction
- 2 Parts Niagara Flavour Infused Wine Vinegar
- 1 Part Grapeseed Oil
- minced garlic to taste
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 2 parts chicken / beef stock
- salt & pepper to taste
- Splash of corresponding fruit juice & or fresh or frozen fruit
- Reduce until syrupy and serve over cooked entrée.
Using Niagara Baco Noir Vinegar
- 1 part Niagara vinegar
- 2 parts Grapeseed oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- add finely chopped, fresh or dried herbs to taste
- E.g.: rosemary, chives & or parsley
- Shake or whisk well
- Garnish with fresh blueberries or raspberries, chopped walnuts & or blue cheese
TIP - Serve over tossed greens or use as a glaze over pork or chicken.
