Shipping, Delivery & Return Policies

Torwel Enterprises, Delivery, Shipping and Returns Policies below.

DELIVERY

  1. Shipping. Torwel Enterprises shall ship any purchased products within (14) days of your order date to Customer address on Order Form. Torwel Enterprises will promptly notify you of any shipping delay. If we are unable to ship your order within (10) business days after the specified shipping date above, your order will be canceled and you will either not be charged or be provided with a full refund (whichever is applicable).
  2. Loss. Any shipment processed by Torwel Enterprises not received after 10 business days of the shipping date (14 Day) will be considered lost and either we will RE-SHIP the Product to the Customer Address again OR you will either not be charged or be provided with a full refund (whichever is applicable).
  3. Cancellation. If we Torwel Enterprises OR Customer cancels their order for any reasonable reason, prior to Shipment you will either not be charged or be provided with a full refund (whichever is applicable) and you may be notified of the reasons why within (15) business days of the cancellation.

RETURNS

  1. Returns. Torwel Enterprises will accept the return of any Product if it is: In new and unused condition; and returned within (30) days of Order. And, the customer must follow the return procedure below.
  2. Returns Procedure. To return Your Product: you will need to contact us in writing through our Return Policy mechanism; a) You will provide instructions on how You will be returning your Product; b) You will return the Product to our Return Address on Shipping Label and c) the Product must be received by us in Good Sale-able Condition within (30) days of it being shipped to Your Specified Address on Your Order.
  3. Shipping Cost. When Returning Your Product because it arrived damaged or did not arrive by the specified arrival date or 10 business days from the shipment date. All shipping costs for returning the Product shall be Credited to Your Account after receipt and inspection of Condition of Your Product and deemed Sale-able. If you are returning the Product for any other reason, you will be responsible for all shipping costs for returning the Product back to us and will not include your original shipping costs for receiving the Product Back.

SPECIAL DELIVERY/HANDLING.

The above delivery terms do not apply to Products listed as “Special Delivery/Handling” in our Product Section Listing, such as Customized or Pre-Ordered Items. For these Products with Special Delivery/Handling, the delivery terms in the Other Product Listing will apply.

DISPUTES

IMPORTANT NOTICE RE: CULINARY PRODUCTS OR FINAL SALE ITEMS.

The above return and refund terms do not apply to These Products listed and are considered as “Final Sale” in our Product Section Listing, These are customized or perishable products. Final Sale items are non-refundable and cannot be returned.

Torwel Enterprises and the Customer agree to cooperate in good faith to resolve any dispute regarding any Product purchase. If we are unable to resolve the dispute after a reasonable period of time (which in any event will not exceed 15 business days), either you or Torwel Enterprises may contact you/each other and hopefully will work in good faith to resolve the dispute amicably.
