Quick & Simple Vinaigrette

- 1 Part Niagara Flavour Infused Wine Vinegar
- 2 Parts grapeseed oil
- Add 1 tablespoon of your favorite mustard
- Salt & pepper to taste and mix
- Adjust quantities if necessary.
This vinaigrette is great on your favorite salad combination using Romaine, Iceberg Lettuce or Fresh Baby Greens.
Glaze for Meats or Vinaigrette Using Niagara Baco Noir Vinegar

- 1 part Niagara vinegar
- 2 parts Grapeseed oil
- salt & pepper to taste
- add finely chopped, fresh or dried herbs to taste
- E.g.: rosemary, chives & or parsley
- Shake or whisk well

Garnish with fresh blueberries or raspberries, chopped walnuts & or blue cheese OR serve over tossed greens or use as a glaze over pork or chicken
